Giant-Size X-Men #1 is one of the two most important books of the Bronze Age (up there with Incredible Hulk #181) as it ushered in a new era with the introduction of the All-New, All-Different X-Men!
This book saw the first appearance of Storm, Colossus, Nightcrawler and Thunderbird as they joined Wolverine (making his 2nd full appearance) in the All-New X-Men!
As of July 2008, CGC has graded nearly 2,700 submissions of GSX #1. Of these, only 16 have received a higher score than our beautiful book's CGC 9.6 Grade!
It's also safe to say that of the 130 CGC 9.6 books, this is one of the best 9.6s and is pretty close to a 9.8 with its WHITE PAGES and near-perfect centering! There are very few 9.6s (and even some of the 9.8s) that look this good!
